Nestled on the banks of the Mississippi River, Nicollet Island Pavilion boasts a rich history and rustic aesthetic. Originally built in 1893 as Williams Brothers Boiler Works, the venue was acquired by the Minneapolis Park Board in 1976. Today, thanks to Mintahoe Catering & Events, it has been transformed into an exquisite space where couples can create lasting memories. While modern comforts have been added, the venue retains its original charm with exposed brick walls and industrial elements. 

Nicollet Island Pavilion is designed to bring your wedding vision to life. The Main Room can accommodate over 750 guests for a theatre-style ceremony or 525 guests for a seated reception. Including the tent area, it can host over 700 seated guests, and without seating, it can fit up to 5,000 standing guests.
