Nearly all of the buildings are original to the property from the early 1900s. They have been restored and modernized to create a one-of-a-kind experience for couples and their guests. The pavilion is the only additional structure and is built to seamlessly fit in and provide a large covered and protected space for guests to gather. Its feature wall showcases a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling fireplace and giant sliding barn doors, allowing sunshine and nature to surround you. Wheelchair-accessible spaces and abundant on-site parking add convenience and comfort for guests.

Legacy Hill Farm hosts single-faith, multi-faith, and non-religious weddings, as well as elopements, civil unions, commitment ceremonies, second weddings, and vow renewal ceremonies. Up to 295 guests can share in your joyful occasion across over 12+ hours of exclusive venue access. The staff will serve your event, providing table setup and teardown as well as a post-event deep cleaning service. They also offer the use of get-ready rooms, lighting, and outdoor heaters. You can customize your celebration further with early access hours, firewood service, sparkler service, and wedding rehearsals.
