BxM is located on the top floor of a historic brownstone downtown with access to a one-of-a kind rooftop with gorgeous skyline views. The open-concept warehouse space, which features exposed brick and arched windows, is meant to feel like your home away from home. The space comes fully furnished with high-end finishes including lounge seating, large custom Cambria bar, full residential kitchen, executive conference room, access to our in-house AV system with microphone and TV screens, as well as door security and on-site staff to make sure everything runs smoothly.
